Which paint?

Chaps,
Over the last couple of years the black edge strips i lovingly painted on my side windows, headlamp covers and rear window have started to peel off.
I have recently been told that 'Bumper paint' is the way to go but looking around there are several manufacturers/ products and i want to get it right 1st time rather than have to do it all over again.
Has anyone had the same problem as me?
Also if bumper paint is the 'right stuff' then what make/ source is best?
Thanks,
John.

Thanks fellas,
I'll explore both options - the 'border black' stuff from you chaps over the pond sounds good as its designed specifically for the purpose, although i suspect shipping and customs will render it the most expensive black border in hthe history of GT40 creation!
Andy, can't find Krylon on Halfords' website but they have a make called Hycote - is it the same stuff?

No the hycote is different.
Do a search for Krylon and you will find hobby shops in the UK that sell it.
We have also used paint for RC model car bodyshells which are polycarbonate.
Try your local model shop.

Thanks

Andy

The best trim paint I've used is from SEM and is called "bumper coater". I believe it comes in gray and black. This paint is of o.e.m. quality and better than Krylon. It is made in North Carolina so you will have to contact SEM for there distributor location.
