Aero Fuel Cap

All,

I want to fit lockable fuel cap inside the main GT40 fuel cap assembly. Unfortunately it needs to have a very shallow insert depth below the mounting plate to fit into the 45 deg angled fuel downcomer to the tank and the insert needs to be no more than 43mm OD to fit into the opening. I have scoured the web but cant find anything that looks good and meets the required hole limitations. If anyone has any suggestions, that would be helpful.
Thanks
Ian

Re: Aero Fuel Cap

Ian,
Will take some pics tonight of what I had done to mine. Basically cut the neck down and then had another piece welded on at an angle.
