Sound deadening

What do you use to sound deaden panels and especially the inside of the doors etc.
I used cut it yourself, stick on panels about 10 years ago which were ok but a little stiff " excuse the pun "
Is there anything anyone suggests
cheers

I put dynamat in my car along with some of that rubber wet suit type insulation but Richards car beats mine hands down. I think his idea of using a duel window is the factor, he has a thick acrylic window and a laminated glass window on the engine side, plus he used some super duper kind of rubber insulation. We could carry on a conversation at 65 mph and not have to read lips or use hand signals, it was a very enjoyable car to ride in.

Ordered Dynamat extreme, should be here in a couple of days.
Wont be able to tell if it works until the car runs but when I get the glass in I wont be able to hear the wife shouting at me to stop working on that B........Y car.

Joking !

fitted a small piece of Dynamat yesterday, easy to fit and probably will benifit the build by reducing the hollow and vibrating noises associated with ally panelling.
a couple of pictures posted on my build log

Cheers to you all for the info
