AC Pump Rotation Direction

Hi, I've aquired a Delphi Diavia SP-10 Compressor pump and need to understand the direction of rotation. I've tried contacting the manufacturer but have had no response yet. Attached are a couple of photos if anyone can help. I think it was destined for a Fiesta 1.8 Diesel.

If it has grooves ( which it does) then it turns engine rotation.

Thanks - but the rotation of a 1.8 fiesta diesel may be the opposite to a 5.0 ford hence the question as it may not function correctly.

By googling the "Delphi 014266/0" (from your third photo) I found this manual on installation:

On page five it lists this part number for the compressor, and then goes on to show it in place in various models of Fiat Punto. So my thought is, go find for certain which way the engine turns in one of these models and you have your answer.

Do you know the firing order of the engine? If #1 is in the right bank and the compressor wheel has grooves the rotation is clockwise.
