Trying to build a model of the 1965 GTs that ran at Daytona (#72 and #73) and at Sebring (#10 and #11). Best option would be to find a 1/32 model of those cars but so far, no luck. Lots of copies of the later cars with the longer noses but not the shorter, "squared off" ones.
Have an old kit of the cars that ran at Lemans in 1964 (#10, 11, and 12). Trying to figure out just how much the nose was changed from Lemans to Daytona.
Did the Daytona cars have a whole new front clip or just modifications to the radiator intake area? In some pictures the hood appears to be flatter all the way across.
Any one able to offer some help? Any source for drawings of the new nose with measurements?
