Hi guys , not sounding stupid or nothing but do my rad fans need to be running to make the AC work on my car as the condenser is fitted over the front of the rads in the front of the car

If you're stationary then yes - but rolling down the road, fans are not generally necessary..

I seem to remember something from the distant past that when GTD did the wiring when you turned on the aircon it also turned on the aircon fan.

Back then they mounted the condenser in the rear clip so needed to get airflow somehow.

Then if someone had modded the car and put the condenser in front of the radiator then I presume the fans have been wired up as before and so turn on aircon and fans run
