Roundel Lights

Hello Gents,

What lights were typically used for the lighting of the roundels? Are these just license plate lights, or is there another route?

Thanks
Robert

Re: Roundel Lights

Hi, The answer depends on whether the car/team was UK based or USA based I think. British teams mostly used (I think) Lucas lamps like those used as MGB number plate lamps. They were fitted to other cars as well and are still available new. I fitted them on my car, 1075 replica. Hope this helps
