GTD throttle cable ?

Help, please. I have a GTD that has a sticking throttle cable. It appears that the cable has melted where it runs out through the exhaust piping and the action has become very stiff.
I am looking for a replacement cable. The existing cable has an ID tag. Info on tag:
European Marine
Works ref 1E2328
Cable 33353C400
"EMMA fast cables must not be lubtcated"

The numbers are a guess, they are not very legible.
The cable has threaded ends, is a push/pull cable. Car was built in England about 1990. Any help appreciated.

Lokar has a nice smooth cable. I think I used there 144" one on my GTD.
