Interior Door Light Switch

I need ideas for location of interior door light switches. I see several possible locations and would like to see what you guys have done. I can't find a thread on this item. Thanks in advance!

Jim your wiring loom cd has photo of switch location.RF supply interior light loom with swithes and lights etc. just plugs into main harness. regards Geoff
