New MoTeC PDM

Don't know if many people have seen or heard about this yet, but it's a very nice, new, remote I/O interface that MoTeC have brought out.

It can operate as a standalone I/O controller, or can communicate with a MoTeC ECU via the CAN bus.

My friend at MoTeC told me the outputs can be configured for PWM control as well, although it's not specifically mentioned. So if the ECU senses that the motor requires more cooling, it can ramp up the PWM rate to the radiator fans (or electric coolant pump). Ditto for the fuel pump(s).

There's even a "software" function for a windscreen wiper!

No more relays needed with this puppy. I haven't heard what the price will be for it, but I'm guessing only the motorsport teams will be able to afford it, unfortunately.
