How to use Rivnuts

I found this in my travels, some good info on Rivnuts and riveting

Graeme, I usually use a Sawzall for this. Additionally, common mailing tubes are available in various sizes for practice layout as described on the Locost info.

I use a program that will plot a cut line for any diameter to any diameter and angles.
Print it and wrap & mark the tubing. I do mock one up with the cardboard tubes first should it be a complicated join.

My full-length SL-C cooling tubes were made up this way, first try was perfect.
