Does that mean that you have a schedule for moving to the great state of Texas?

Re: New garage for Francine and Betty

Looking good, Howard. I see you have what looks like a compressor room to keep the noise down, and a white roof to reflect that hot Texas sun. Do you have plans to insulate and run HVAC? I hear it gets hot there once in a while...

Re: New garage for Francine and Betty

JD, we have an apartment reserved in New Braunfels for late April. House should be done late summer early fall.

P-Nut, AC and maybe a big fan.

Will, the little room is 6X8, toilet and sink. Insulated just like the house with a metal roof like the house.

Howard, I think my garage is about as big as one of your door openings

Re: New garage for Francine and Betty

Well they say everything bigger in Texas. It is also a requirement that in my area that trailers, boats, etc. must be kept in a covered garage. So my trailer will also call it home.

Re: New garage for Francine and Betty

Quite impressive..
But there is probably space plenty in Texas..

The regulation to keep things covered in a garage is a very good idea. Tidy environment guaranteed.
