ZF cable shifter

I wont to build my own cable shifter for the ZF 5Ds-25-2 Do you have pitchers of the lever and brackets. I am interested in the mechanism at the bottom of the shift Handel as well as the bits on the Trans. I did a search but did not find what I needed.
