The starter that KEP supplies with their adaptor kit is a Toyota reduction drive unit from Precision Parts. The part number is TOS 112. | |

The KEP Audi starter is from a Toyota Forerunner.

KEP uses a type "R" Toyota truck starter. It was used on nearly every 22R 4 cylinder motor Toyota made, and perhaps on other applications as well. Must be tens of thousands of them around.

I think that in Sweden all Fourrunner was delivered with a V6 engine.
But the PickUp(in sweden called Hilux) had 4 cylinder engine. | |
