Throw out bearing for a ZFQ

Can someone give me a make and part number of the throw out bearing for a ZFQ? I’ll be using the cross shaft and an external slave cylinder. If anyone has this setup already working I could really use some pictures on how slave cylinder is mounted and the make a model number. Also a part number for the cross shaft end bearings. Thanks.

you can get the cylinder here BG Developments - High Performance and Competition Brake and Clutch Equipment supply the original GT40 slave cylinder at £42.70 trade part No 74066213.

Clutch cross shaft bearing No Ina RNA4901.2RS you could try HK1816 as an alternative.
