Will clutch for Audi 01E fit 012 transmission?

Hi,

I have a 012 gearbox and wonder if 01E clutch-kits would fit? It seems like the 012 box is some kind of 2wd 01E (although 01E is available as 2wd).

Any information?

The 01E is nothing like the 012. If you have a clutch on an Audi engine from an 01E and then put in an 012 it will work, however not knowing what clutch parts your using and what engine I can't say if it will work or not. The input shaft has the same profile and dims between the 2 transmissions if that helps.
