Is a UN1 ok for this engie i am buying?

It doesn't say what the torque output is but I would think it's a bit too strong for a standard UN1. Check with someone like Chris Cole who build UN1s to see what is needed to get the strength needed to take this output and be reliable.
The site does not say what cam is in the engine or show a torque and power graph. You need to check that it is not too cammy for your intended use. I note it comes with a set up for auto box and not manual which would need to be changed.

That set-up was designed by Derek Bell, not the Le Mans winner, for his v8 Lola replicas. subsequently a lot were made and are still being made by GTO, Quaife(?), Albins in Australia and probably some others. First and second ratios can be changed too with I think Albins offering the biggest choice. Albins can also do dogs or a combination of dogs and syncros in the one box.
