un1 slave cylinder

I assume you mean the bolts which hold it on. If so they are a very odd size. They are 7 mm. They can be a bit hard to get hold of. I got mine from a shop that specialised in old Classic British motor bikes as they were used on some old Triumph bikes. The other source would be engineers supply shops via the internet. I think I have some somewhere in the garage. I will have a look later today.
Cheers

OK. I would think that they are 10mm x 1mm with a length of about 20 mm and for 3/16" pipe. You can get them from EBay or somewhere like Automec. Mick Sollis has probably got some at the workshop. Chris Cole will know exactly what they are and may have some in stock as he does the sleeved down slave cylinders that I have on my car.

Hi Belinda,
The thread is M12x1mm and Speedflow do an adapter to take it to AN-4 male (357-04).

As these have a large bore (28mm), they need sleeving down to 22mm to give sufficient movement (basic hydraulic theory) to work with a .75” master cylinder. This is a known mod on these Renault transmissions and I’ve done mine and a few others for club members. Let me know if you want yours doing.

Regards,
Andy

Hi Andrew,
It's acheived by machining down a smaller slave cylinder to fit in the current Renault housing
sent you a PM

Hello

I have an un1 with ford bellhousing and ford input shaft.
now i wondering if i can use renault 20 slave cylinder.

Correct. I have a 1" Girling master M2472 which I believe was once used on 1970's land rover. I have the Renault 25 Delphi LL21520 slave cylinder pushing an AP Racing CP2394-14 clutch inside a R30 bellhousing & Ford Essex flywheel. This works fine for me, 12000 miles and no problems.

Hello again,

I cannot find anyone who is selling the Girling M2472 1 inch master cylinder, but I have found OBPltd.com who make a similar 1 inch (25.4mm) master cylinder. Part numbers are: OBPMCN17, or if you want an integral reservoir version OBPMC007. Parts are in stock, so I'll be buying one for my service kit. Tony.
