016 clutch slave cylinder info

Hi Guys
I have an 016 transaxle and need to get a clutch slave cylinder to suit.
Gearbox spec 3K 02 122
3.89-F/D
3.60-1st
2.13-2nd
1.36-3rd
0.97-4th
0.78-5th

If you have that would be part number that would be great..

I also have got the posted IGES file of the strengthening plate and was going to make one on my CNC mill so sing out if anyone needs one...

Also has anyone used this transaxle and what did you think of it..?

Check with Scot at Advanced Automotion and he will probably have the clutch cylinder part number and may even have one.

Craig 016 box's were fitted to Audi 80 and 100's from memory

Sorry cant help you with a part #.

Its the one that passes through the case and has a cotter bolt holding it in.

Last time I tried getting one of those it was a non event.
I ended up using the slave of the 01E 6speed and made a simple bracket to mount it in.

The OD is the same where it passes into the case but it has a bracket pointing downward at the rear of the slave.
The bracket attachment I drilled into the web on the transaxle case below the slave.

The 01E slave is plastic and has a snap in fitting, I machined up the fitting and silver soldered a -4 fitting onto it.
As you are a lathest her is a drawing to give you an idea.
I have a slave at work I can get a # of it if you like.

I found one on Fleabay a while ago, brand was ATE and p/n is 03.2522-4211.3
Theres a similar looking one on there at the moment
