External Slave cylinder and mount options ZF

Hi just looking for some assistance in choosing an external slave cylinder and bracket for a ZF -2 to 302. I like the photos I've seen of the brackets that lie low and push upwards at a slight angle but I don't know of any sources. I can fab up a bracket pretty easily with detailed measurements, thanks.
