Audi 016 Clutch release arm

After ten years of service, I'm going to replace my throwout bearing and release arm. I went to my VW/Audi shop and they had the bearing but showed two different clutch release arms in their book and the one in the car isn't the one they're showing. Any idea which is correct?

Hope this helps, Mine is cast like the one on the right

Yeah the cast one looks 016 and the steel one looks 01X

would anybody have the part number for an 016 release arm, as i'm in dire need of one.

Thanks for the info. The part number on the cast one is 016-141-719

One other request, the release arm's lower fulcrum is a plastic part called a "Ball Cap" in the manual. Anyone know the part number?
