Paddle Shifters

Hello Fellow Gearheads,
I am trying to find a easier way for my wife to drive a manual shift transmission. I was thinking of installing a paddle shifter in my upcoming build and wanted your opinion on paddle shifters. Has anyone installed a paddle shifter in their car? If so, what brand and your opinion. Your opinion is not necessarily related to the brand but, if you think it will help my wife. Quite honestly I think most of it is between her ears.

The only functional paddle shifter kits I have seen to date were ones that still required you to manually operate the clutch as normally would be needed with a typical stick-shifter.

Mastershift is the only thing remotely viable with a manual trans and a paddle conversion...not fool proof either
