ZF rear cover nut torque

After receiving my zf -0, I filled it will oil and every week I spin it for about 2 minutes to ensure the oil is moved around the internals. According to Paul Flemming they can 'rust up' if left dry for a period of time.

The box was inspected cleaned and new seals were installed by Paul. I noticed a small (very small, about 1 drip every 2-3 days) of oil is seeping out from the lower rear cover plate bolts. A common problem which I am about to fix with Dowty washers, a steel washer with an inner rubber seal which when compressed will 'fill the gaps' between the nut and stud threads.

So I plan to remove one nut at a time add the washer and re-tighten.

Finally the question..........

What torque should I use for the rear cover plate nuts, they are M8 thread.

Section G - 3, page 23.... 'tighten nuts to a torque of 1.5 - 2.0 kpm'

=14.71 - 19.61 Nm
= 10.8 - 14.5 lbft

Thank you gentlemen...... where did I put that torque wrench.....
