ICV exemption list Vic Rego

I found the when I engineer my clubman it didn't require
crash testing.
Is there a exemption list I can view for ICV in victora?
I have started to build GT40 not sure what type of rego?

Hi Martin,

I would have thought it would be exactly the same as building a clubman, legality wise.
I'd ask the question on: Sign In - OzClubbies
Also there appears to an ICV building club or some such getting started in VIC, you should find the details on ozclubbies, hopefully if the ICV builders over there band together you'll get the same positive experience out of it we have in WA.

ICV's are exempt from several ADRs including the typical "crash test" ADRs, which are the ones that generate the requirements for equipment such as airbags and seatbelt pre-tensioners.

Hi Martin,

just go back to whoever manufactured your kit - they should have all the relevant info to help you through the rego process, the local manufacturers have all done testing and validation to the ADR's
Unless you bought a copy of one of the local kits, then you probably have a long road ahead.
