Rep Power: 2 | Re: Front suspension wishbone bushes. Alan: They are Ford Sierra bushes. -Maybe- from front TCA`s, hole size is 10mm in std car, and Cossies have bush with 12mm hole but they came -86 so number starts V86 BB or 86 BB.
Ford dealer will tell
Maybe good idea replace them with polyurethane ones; avaible from Powerflex etc.
EDIT: i suppose they are from Sierra`s lower -rear arm bushes- (can check it to morrow); then the number and size`s are "right".
Powerflex product is then PFR19-111 (inner) or -110 (outer)
In Jim`s car bushes, I think, they are from Audi 80/90 Avant Quattro -92->-96/ -94->-96 RS2 rear upper arm, outer bush, Powerflex part.no that PFR3-208 then.

Rep Power: 6 | Re: Front suspension wishbone bushes. Hi Alan,
The bushes shown in my previous post were removed from my 1991 RML40 during its recent refurbishment. I understand that RML's enquiries revealed them to have been made by a company owned by ZF (as in gearboxes) and, according to ZF's technical department at Crick, were prototypes that never made it into road car production. That was 15+ years ago so, needless to say, they're no longer available.
Accordingly, RML fitted PFR3-208a bushes from Powerflex.
Attached a couple of shots. I'm not certain if RML had to make up adaptors. If they are required then I can probably get the drawing - it was only earlier this year. Let me know.
Regards,
Jim

Long time no speak. I ussed to have a KVA and confirm its the Sierra TCA bush you need. Powerflex do do them, but they are not cheap. When I did the KVA front, I ended up making sure I got a discount, as they are about £30 ea otherwise...
