JWA Mirage M1 Body shell

That's probably not a well enough known (successful) car. That anybody ever made a replica of. You'd probably have to make your own.

Mike,
I was afraid of that. For me to make a mold and pull a part takes some time. It will be easier for me to make all alum body.

Thanks
Joey

I think he was referring to the Mirage Can Am cars. Not GT40 cars (but I could be wrong) that"s what I was talking about anyway LOL

While at the 2017 Sebring race last March a JWA Mirage M2 was there and I have to say all the Mirage cars are good looking.

Would love to see a copy made of a M1 car.

Don

In truth I was not aware of these "mirage" model cars. Those are really some lookers & I think they are a more "developed" looking body. I'd like to see one up close & personal too LOL

Allan, I had lunch today with John Horsman and he showed me some photos of the Mirage M1. It is a really nice looking car. Are there any postings/photos of that club member's M1 replica?

Here are some pics I took of the replica Mirage at the Club Cadwell Park magazine photoshoot in 2010. From what I remember the car with the body moulds were for sale a while later but I don't know what happened to them.
Cheers
Mike
