Malc - You'd better keep away from trees in a thunder storm. I hope you haven't turned for good. Did you find any weaknesses in the car I might be able to take advantage of? I suppose not. I hope your just out there driving the P------- to collect info on how to beat them anyway. Very smart thinking. Now tell me did your cheque book increase in size while you were in it? The pictures are great I just can't help myself.

Ross

Re: Malcolm at silverstone but not in a forty

Hi Keith

Looking forward to the pictures. These tasters look great. Thanks for all the effort you put in, and to Lewis too.

Ross,

Looking out the window I think the trees are creeping closer.....Weaknesses, yeah the bloody engine keeps letting go! But you need to be about 12 hours in to your races to do a proper job of it!

Sorry to say that I saw no weaknesses in the car that will help you. Overall the car is very easy to drive quickly compared to my 40 but then one is set up as a road car for track use and the other left the factory as a race car! Bit obvious really when you think about it that way. To get my 40 to that level would need quite a bit of re-engineering of quite a lot of stuff. It therefore becomes cheaper for me to buy a seat with sponsors help and also I don't have to put the huge amount of time and effort in to get the car ready.

But for next year I cannot be in this car. It has been sold! However new plans are already afoot.....
