Question GT Developments

Is there someone who could explain me when GT Development was established as a company and when they ceased activities ?

Re: GT Developments

Hi Fred,

I think my car ,T40 GTD, was the last factory made car the company did. It was finished in April 2000. This was soon after the company relocated to the Midlands after having traded in Ray Christopher's hometown of Poole. Not a good thing from build-quality point of view, as all new staff was apparantly hired when moving. My particular car ran like a pig when I first got it and certainly need everything adjusted, replaced and upgraded once I started doing competition and track days with it. The company probably didn't trade much beyond that April 2000 date, but other people know much more than I do. I think Paul T would be pretty hot on this subject, as he is on most other GTD questions.
