Re: Anyone own a GT-40 in the Massachusetts area?

Yup. I know of three (including mine) that are under construction and three on the road.

For the puny size of this state, there are a relatively lot of GT40s. Must be because we're in New England.

If you are interested in see GT40s in various stages of completion it might be worth a trip to ERA in New Britain CT. Just bring plenty of napkins to control the drool factor.

I wonder how ERA would feel about hosting a factory tour? It might be something interesting to do in the middle of February.

Thumbs up Re: Anyone own a GT-40 in the Massachusetts area?

I'm up for it Ben! Would you drive your GT to ERA? I'll take My Daytona if the weather is good. I think there is a forum member from ERA, Bob Putnam. Maybe he can chim in here and let us know if it's OK and fill us in on any details we should know.

I'd be interested in an ERA plant tour also. Sounds like a great idea.

Re: Anyone own a GT-40 in the Massachusetts area?

Would a UK guy be welcome if the tour comes off (in hire car obviously)??

if allowed, I could drop the wife in Boston/NY for a spot of post christmas shopping and drive down/up for the tour
