Question g7a and j-car prototype photos

Hey y'all from Okla. I am looking for web sites with good photos of the j-car prototype and the CanAm G7A.

David,

You've come to the right place!

Look for MK -IV J6 (Jim Glickenhaus) in the member list and check out posts he has created. Jim owns J6 and has posted a plethora of photos of it including a photo diary of its restoration.

Use the Search tool on the main forums page to find other threads with info on the Mk IV and the G7A. You'll probably find most of the posts on the G7A in either the Motorsports section or the Other Sports/GT Racers areas.

Regards,
Lynn

Re: g7a and j-car prototype photos

David,

Although my memory isn't what it used to be, I recall a post on the forum in the semi-recent past which included a link to a site which had a number of pics of the J car prior to the Mk 4 body redesign. Have a go with the forum search tool and see what turns up. I'll look a little more tonite after work; perhaps one of us will strike gold.

As for the Can Am car, the only pics I've seen are in a couple of well-known books which I'm betting you already have.

Best,

T.
