Well i thought i best introduce myself. I grew up following my dad around the country racing sports cars, he mainly raced Bowell Nagari's and TVRs. But did race a Elfin F5000 and a Matich SR3 also in the 80s. I have always wanted to race but many different reasons hadnt until recently. I did briefly race Karts when i was 17 but music and such got in the way.
Around 2 years ago i started racing Karts again and even won some trophies, which even though plastic and wood made my year. Finishing 3rd in the club championships in my class was the highlight.
Now i have purchased a historic sports car and am doing sprints this year with the intention of racing next year. Both in Historic events and i hope some state series races, maybe even an iRace event....... i have started a forum for LMP styled racing in Australia (have put a link to this site on it also) and hope the Roaring 40s Guys get some cars on the grid when we get it up and running.....
