Hey guys I'm Michael, I'm a senior in high school. I've been reading this forum for a year now and I decided to join. I'm more of a woodworker than a mechanic but I love cars and learning new things (apart from my normal school stuff lol). I go to a trade school and I'm studying electrical and alternative energy. I love to build, play, fix, and mod guitars and amplifiers. I hope you don't mind my 2 cents and my occasional dumb ideas. In the future I would love to build an slc kit ( race car replica kits are pretty nice) I've looked into this car as much as I could from build blogs, videos and everything I could find on the internet. Thank you guys for all of the great info on this forum.

Thanks jack and thank you for the invitation to see the slc I wish I wasn't stuck in the "nature" coast.
That would be awesome I'm dying to see one I thought there was a gt40 build across the street from my school but it was one of those really cheap bodies that mount on a bug chassis.
