I've liked the GT40 since new. Saw a FiberFab Avenger in 1968 and was in awe. After years of Muscle cars I started with Miatas. I've bought and sold a few. My Turbo car is my DD, and I'm selling my Monster Miata. I hope to own a GT in a few years. I'm leaning towards the RCR car, but if I buy instead of build I'm open to make. David

Not sure what part of Texas you are in, but if you are anywhere near San Marcos, the Texas Cobra Club annual meeting starts today. There are supposed to be a few GT40's there if you want to go check them out in person.

I'm in Hempstead. My oldest son is coming down from Austin this wkend. Other son lives outside of San Marcos. Would love to go, but can not. David

Still here. Quit work ( retired ), and will go back in October. Taking a partial lump sum payout and reduced annuity payments. Getting closer ~ 3 years. Its Hell being poor. David
