I have been a huge fan of the GT40 since I was 17 years old. I saw a replica Mk1 at a local car show. The owner let me sit in it and start it up. I have wanted one of my own ever since. Now, nearly 20 years later I own a classic Ford. Unfortunately its a 1951 Ford F1 and not a Ford GT40 Mk1. I plan to sell the old truck and start down the long road of building my own GT40. I look forward to digging through all the old threads and build logs for ideas. :thumbsup:
