I wonder how many of the cars in that picture still survive? Probably more than one would think.

I totally realize how lucky I am.

I'm guessing luck is probably the smallest part of the equation, a lot of hard work and sacrifice it what gets the results.....

Jim, its a good job that's 1967 because there is one point at the start of the 1966 Le Mans race where the cars are lined up five a breast filling up the whole track with the Chaparral 2D on the outside. Where a Ferrari 330P3 makes contact with one of the Ford MKII as they leave the Le Mans start and swipes it luckily carrying on. If there contact was any more severe there would of been a major crash.
