"Send a staff car to General Johnson's headquarters immediately!" "Do you mean Fat Ass Johnson?", the private replied. "Do you know who you are speaking to son?" "No sir!", the private answered. "This IS General Johnson!" "Do you know who you are speaking to sir?", the private asked. "No.", the general replied. "Then, so long Fat Ass!", the private replied, and hung up the phone.
