GT40/Noble M400 comparison

There has been some discussion of the relative quickness of original GT40s as compared to modern sports and racing cars. This Top Gear video has an interesting head-to-head with a Noble M400.

Clarkson mentioned brakes and power as possible weaknesses of the original GT40, so it would be reasonable to expect that a well sorted, more powerful replica with optimised brakes would trounce an unmodified Noble...
