NAMING YOUR CAR

On the FOne is boring thread Dave Morton was asking me about naming my camper van and funnily enough I was glancing through the Press Association wires at work and came across this...

"Nearly half of all car owners talk to their vehicles on a regular basis and a fifth worry about their feelings, it was revealed today.
They congratulate their cars on a job well done and give words of encouragement on a long journey, the survey from the organisers of the British British International Motor Show found.
A third believe their car has a personality, while a fifth of women owners have a pet name for their car."

I was wondering if anyone has a pet name for their Gt40. Mine was rather unkindly called 'Spot' by someone at work after she saw the racing number roundels on the side....

"Lowlife" seems to sum it up for me. :-)

Re: NAMING YOUR CAR

"That "F**ing thing" when it is playing up, or
"That "F**inf beautiful thing" when it is not.

Is it the car or the owner who is "schizo" ??

Kind Regards,

Peter D.

Re: NAMING YOUR CAR

I am sure that a lot of wives and girlfriends have names for them. None of which would look good posted under the driver's window
