Just checked out the video on Motors TV of CLM. Amazing to see Alan Mann there being "interviewed" (if that's the right word). I always thought he was in denial regarding the GT40 years and a wee bit grumpy at his treatment by Ford. At least that's the impression I have although I may be wrong. (Now if he brought out a special lightweight replica to celebrate 40 years of GT40 - wouldn't that be something!)
Which driver was killed during a LM race that Alan Mann and another guy were getting upset about? Couldn't catch the name although they reckoned the particular corner should have been named for him in his memory?
It was also interesting to see & hear Lee Holman. Seems like a nice guy...
