Night at the Museum
In the movie Night at the Museum, a Ford GT makes a small appearance at the end of the movie.

(the rest of the movie is worth watching)

I went to see to see that with my brother and all I walked away with is the vision of a Gulf GT40 in my mind . I agree though, the rest of the movie is indeed worth watching.
