elise vs. P68...dont they look similar?

I've just done a post in memorabilia section about a new kit in 1/24 for the incredibly nice p68.
Anyway looking at her...I think many points are similar to the Elise mk1.

Its just my foolish or maybe Romano Artioli kept inspiration from this nice Ford from 1968?

I like the Elise a lot , but P68 looks better.......

Completeòy agree Italo.
For "normal" people the elise is already a too special car (in my opinion sold at an incredibly high price..).
Some years ago was soo near to buy one (I like mk1's not newer versions) but leaved cause really shitty quality car (have a lot of friends in Lotusclub Italy..and they make me the crazyest tales about the poor quality of that cute car).
If I have to suffer for quality failures..I will do that ONLY for something with a 302 or 351 in a GT40 shape..(or Cobra)

And after joining this club and starting to know the "different" cars..i completely leaved the idea to buy a cute Elise.
