Watching that I could not help thinking that it would be so easy to become totally mesmerized by the views and the 'flying effect' that you could forget to pull the chute and try to do a 'normal' landing-- belly & wheels up of course.( but then these guys are parachutists first & foremost- an a/c guy might forget the chute )
As the 'flyer' spends most of the time with helmet/head in a position for least drag the eye strain from trying too look upwards must huge!!
Given the tribute at the end I am not sure that he passed his IFR check either.
