May be travelling to South Africa

I may be going to the Cape Town area on business. Anyone here have any info on places to stay, eat, things to do, etc?

It would be my first time in Africa, so any info is greatly appreciated!

Hotel: Lord Charles in Somerset West.

Restaurants : Pastoria - Someset Westv Incredibly
Black Marlin - Simonstown Famous restaurant& brilliant food
Neetlingshof Winery - Sunday Lunch - to die for.
The views on top of the mountain
The southern tip with the Atlantic on one side and the Indian Ocean on the other - Make sure you have plenty of time.as this takes a while.
Kanonkopf Vinyard and winery - The ultimate red wine ther Cape can offer. Just amazingly good.
Nearly all of the winery's are superb though.
Castle beer - quite acceptable.
If you fly or want to - Mike 'Beachy' Head will fly you around in Hawker Hunter T7 or a BAC Lightning (and go supersonic) or maybe even a Blackburn Buccaneer.
Brilliant place. Enjoy it. I always had a ball there

When are you planning on going? If I am in town perhaps we can drink one of those Castle beers and talk GT40's.

It is speculative right now. Proposing some equipment to an SA company. May have to travel to make a presentation. If we get the work, I'll have to go for commissioning.
