There is an internally placed weighting system - think of a lead marble rolling around inside a large sphere which is always touching one point inside of the sphere. As the marble moves around inside the sphere the CG changes accordingly. It doesn't take much weight shift of this type of movement to redirect the Manta in any axis through 360 degrees because it's a fairly light craft.
