Hi Guys - I've just been sent what I think is a quite important powerpoint show about how to deal with a heart attack when you are on your own. I've tried to put it here on the Paddock but I'm not the brightest spark when it comes to PC's so if anyone can advise me how to do it or if I can send it to one of you who can do it for me, you will be doing everyone a service.
Please recall I used information that Llyn Larsen posted last year about the effects of a heart attack and because of that I'm still around annoying everyone, so please get back if you know how to do it.

It seems powerpoint presentations aren't a permitted upload file format, converted it to a PDF, lost the animations but the information is still there.
