Memory IC supply?

Hi all -

Bit of a long shot this one but thought I'd ask here anyway.

I'm looking for a source for a serial memory component made by Rohm - Specifically a 93L56R in an SOP8 surface mount package. Ideally I require about 6-10 pieces. It is a Serial EEProm of 128word x 16 bit design (2kBit) and is specifically suited to the noisy enviroment of automotive applications.

I've searched the web to no avail, tried contacting Rohm direct, again no luck, and their 'samples' program is only operable to companies within the US.

So - any of you fellow 'electronic-techy-types' know where I might get some? All costs
