Hmmm - not exactly thrifty on fuel I suspect, but would probably be a hoot to drive.

Park it wherever you like too, can't see a 'wheel clamp' working on it...

drums were a clue? Parts would be a problem but it's crude so I guess
they could be made.

maybe in the option list there is also the working gun barrel.
Sometimes in big city traffic is really useful...
