A thought accured to me as I watched the Ferrari Prototypes circulate ....Why have I never seen a 917 Lemans at this event?... a good number of like vintage Ferraris but no Porsches.
Some cool Groupe 44 Jags, yah baby! some of my favorite cars. Notice the CRUDE door latch, no wonder the doos fly open when a car gets backwards...I guess an SLC has got one up on this car

Should have been there in '89 when it was Aston Martin's year and they organised a John Wyer testamonial. Gulf cars from all years pouring down the corkscrew - what a sight.
