I was in the midst of making a coffee table like that from my friends old 4.6L SOHC Ford engine from his 1997 Thunderbird. I had the rods, block, and pistons powdercoated with silver metalic powdercoat. Looked awesome. Then I realized, I lived in an apartment and the block weighed over 100 lbs and moving it many times would be a pain in the ass...

So I gave it to another friend of mine. Dunno if he ever finished it though...
