GT in scrappy

I have just been informed that there is a ford GT for sale in a breakers yard in Manchester (UK). it's a dooer upper as well. Anyone know any more?

I also notice there is one on there saying its a '69 KVA Tax exempt! since when is a replica been tax exempt? porkies methinks.

No, not the case. There are quite a few GT40's and Cobras ALL built after the 1972 cutoff date that are tax exempt.
I think with SVA/IVA that's not do-able any more , but up until then it was a bit of a lottery based on the manufacture of the "donor"
